hmm.. good news - my dad is gving me $500 for income tax, which will definately help with the laptop thing.. bad news - i either need to buy alapetop and take it with me, or ship my computer, as they don't know of anywhere for me to check my mail..
But, i bid on a laptop at ebay.. i don't expect to get it. :)
worked on the ballet some today.. need to work on homework stuff but have been kind of procrastinating all night., i did find out the theoretical worth of a scudi, though. which i think is an accomplishment. Now if I can just moveon to the costume history section ( also known as the section i get graded on) of this damned report, i'll be good. tomorrow morning is a tailoring morning.. yay..

so - yay! a laptop for me. :)

Pentium 133, 1.08 gig hard drive, 48 mb ram, 4x cd-rom, 3.5 swappable fdd, 33.6 modem, a/c adaptor, battery... :) and a carry case! all for the bargain price of 331.50, including s$h and insurance. :) no, it's not the best machine by far, but it will *definately* do email and livejournal, which is really all i need. :) and i can come home and be appreciative of my dsl again. :)

hey, anyone want to come and live in a room in my apartment for some part of the summer? i'll start taking applications.. :) maybe wokr out a hundred dollar rent thing, or paying utilities or something? hee.

and, has anyone noticed my use of the word "you" as an affectionate term? or is it just a revelation that i came to tonight..
