and, i just found out that some of my dear friends kjust lost their baby - i think it was maybe 2 months old, and I have no idea what happened, but it made me cry. i'll see them in less than a month, and he seemed happy about that.

really puts all your own issues into perspective - nothing I am dealing with compares to that at this point.
