got the URL wrong for the NoSoy forum (http://forums.delphiforums.com/nosoy/start).
NoSoy should open up in a new window now... on the proper page.

one more soy thing... annatto. no, annatto isn't soy--it's achiote seed.
annatto is frequently toasted in soy oil. when added to cheese (orange cheese with natural coloring listed), it's frequently dissolved in soybean oil first. ah, well. white cheddar is just as good as yellow.
oh, and taco bell's cheese usually has artificial coloring. the corn (hard shells) tortillas don't contain soy, but the flour tortillas contain lecithin. the beans are safe, the meat is not. the mexican pizza shells are not. the sauces should all be safe. the sour cream at wendy's isn't safe. the only thing safe at mcdonald's is the ice cream and the non-chocolate sauces/shakes.
i don't eat meat, so i usually can't tell you about that. outback's steaks aren't safe unless you have a server you trust who will ensure that it's not oiled or marinated.
don't read this til you wanna think about soy again...
