stayed late late to work on homework atthe school.

got a B on my movie presentation! that rocks! thanks to everyone who thought good thoughts!

got my sleeves done,a nd some tailoring - back tomorrow to do some more. costume history in the morning.. I have two weeks to write a 15 page paper. guess I need to get started, considering my rough draft was crap and needs to be thrown away., there goes 6 pages.. waah.

cats... they (he, really) are driving me NUTS. ack ack ack..

pavlovian responses... anyone have any? i know i do.

so i was opening a pop-top can tonight (pineapple, incidentally) and the cats came running, of course.. thinking it was their moist food. Now, the part of me that is NOT wrapped around their kitty paws thinks - ohwell - I didn't call them, it's not *my* fault that it's not moist. Tough luck for them.

And then, I think about my pavlovian responses, and one that immediately comes to mind (warning, this may be more about me than you want to know. :) ) is that when I am all worked up, etc, the sound of a condom wrapper.. And I thought, so what if Josh and I were fooling aorund, and he did something that sounded like a condom wrapper, and I got all excited, but then it wasn''t a condom wrapper at all. I would be absolutely crushed. (and might beg.) so there i was, in the kitchen, and it was a can with a pop-top - i couldn't crush the kitties.

another pavlovian response - i perk at the sound of flesh hitting flesh.. like a hand against someone.. or a whip, or a flogger...

so, if you've gotten this far... if you could only have one fruit for the rest of your life, what would it be? (you could eat other things, just no other fruits) and I am not counting tomatoes as a fruit in this survey. :)
