Sep. 5th, 2001 07:23 ami am hoping to get dragon pictures scanned in today - if not by me, then probably by josh. tee hee. :)
school yesterday was kind of tiring - i just didn't get enough sleep. and i hadn't finished my reading. of course, at least i didn't admit that I hadn't read the play we were discussing flat out. stupid boy! i dozed off a couple of times, but mostly managed to keep myself awake.
I found the lemon tree a new home, and steve came and got it yesterday. (sigh) I miss it, already.. I know it's for the best, especially since when it comes in for the winter, it typically has issues and all, but I still miss it. i've had it for three or four years (and yes, been trying to find it a new home for two or so). I'll just stick to smaller plants in the future, until we have somewhere to actually plant them outside.
i have so much reading to do! last night, i came home, and sat on the computer for an hour and a half, playing, and avoiding homework. I can't do that anymore - i think it's a major factor in me not getting my reading done. of course, tonight i need to go to walmart, and drop off more film to be developed, but maybe josh will want to go with,m and then we can head to the bookstore, and ican sit and read my homework. what's really pressuring is that I have library books that are on reserve checked out, so I only have three days on one, and seven on the other. ack! :)
i have decided I should never be allowed near a rigging system. most of the math used to calculate loads and stresses and such is trig - I really sucked at trig. i'll blunder through the class though.
josh is being a sweetheart and taking care of me. apparently, I was terribly whiny last night, as a result of being tired. i didn't know i was being whiny - but at least he didn't get upset with me. just took me out to get me more juice, and some ice cream. (mint choc chip, nonetheless!) and then brought me home, and put me to bed shortly after that. I think it's horribly unfair that he is getting more sleep than me - he doesn't need it. (laugh)
off to get ready for school and such. mostly have costume shop today - only one class, and then shop time, which should be cool. i like working in the shop.
