(no subject)

i do believe i am crazy. (sigh) I have bunches and bunches of things to do today - I am about to go up to the school and check on the laundry that was drying last night, to be sure that it's actuallydry. (woohoo)

Then, i think, we are going to go up to miss jen's (perhaps stopping at the mall on the way, and getting glitter) and take her out to dinner for her bday, and then hang out at her place - where i'll start on homework again. ugh. plbbt. the amount of homework is becoming overwhelming, and i don't like it. I need to go ahead and work on the stuff that's due tomorrow, and then on tuesday, as I had planned, as opposed to getting it all out of order, and trying to work on it all at once, which is what i am winding up doing. and yes, it is nice to have a break from one thing and to go to another, but still.

went to josh's mom's yesterday for dinner. it was pretty good. The salad was quite yummy, as were the potatoes.. and the fish was good, for fish. :) my body was not appreciative of all the food, especially not when I told it that I was going to shove a piece of key lime birthday pie down it.

debbie gave me some presents, though, for "all the birthday/graduations whatever that i have missed" which was really sweet of her. she's been terribly busy with the job she has.. it was bath and body wqorks stuff, which was pretty cool - 3 bottles of shower gel, and then - a scented glitter stick! a brush, which you pouf powder out of! it rocks. :) i love it. allison (the cool chick i met at dragon) had one, and I wanted one, and now i have it. she also gave me some raspberry jam that they can grown the raspberroes fpr and canned, up in tennessee.. i think i may just put it on my toast this morning or somehting. :)

(no subject)

i didn't get terribly much accomplished today. (sigh) ohwell. I did get some sketching done, for my dots (drawing of the semester - recreating a rendering exactly), i learned my knots, and i finished my costume shop spec project. we went up and saw miss jen, and took her out to dinner. and we went to target, where i got a cool halloween-ish shirt, with a spider on it, and green rope lights. saw my dad, briefly, and dropped off a load of stuff there, which was good. need to do that more often..

now, i think i am off to bed, so i can get up and go to class tomorrow.. have lots to do tomorrow, too - and a play to go to tomorrow night. i think sleep is about to become a precious commodity.
