we went yard sale-ing! :) I spent $7, and got a new hat, The Scret Garden, 2 far side mugs for my dad for xmas, and 3 different pieces of fabric - 1 cotton long pillowcase, and 2 pieces of linen..

the hat i got is one of those french beret type things.. i'm quite happy with it. :)

yay... hee.

oh, and the fabric/linen - for the show.. PLayboy of the Western World. I got two pieces, but i may only offer one of them to tina, as i really like the other.. it's soft and lovely, and i don't know if i could bare it beung defaced by fabric paint....

i think i am going to go thrift store shopping today too.. and to the fabric store, but that's more for swatches than anything else.. i am going to try to stick to cottons instead of polyester..

tattoo giving boy was a hour and a half late. grr. which totally threw off my day - i wanted to go thrift store shopping, and there's really only one day i can do it, and that's saturday.. i'm thinking of going on tues.. i'll ask my josh. i'm feeeling whiny, currently.

were going to go and see sara's boy, and bring him a cake - he's not home. ugh! damn surprises. :) I may leave it on his doorstep, anyway.

yard sale-ing was fun, though. and i talked to a lady at the tattoo parlor about my next tattoo - she's going to be designing it, really - I gave her an outline of what I wanted, and showed her a couple of designs.. i need to take another picture up there soon..
