well, we made it home. the hair was a hit. saw lauren and clair's lofts - quite nice. nice being next to each other, too. still need to call lauren, and let her know we madew it home ok. :) saw my dad - got the disapproving look about my hair, but other than the bright red, he likes it. :) decided to pretty much go and get it straightened, asap. :)

josh opted for no extra job, but has started the job hunt other places - junkman's, for one, which would make him a happy boy. (and me, too, if there's a discount!) he's currently looking through the want ads in the paper, yay. :)

we went out - sally's (conditioner for me), borders (you have *got to be kidding me, did i really just spend $100?? well, at least i had gift certs!), the library (yay! another 30+ books gone. :) ), and then to junkman's (why yes, I do really need *three* pairs of stripey tights. :) ) we saw justin and his grrlie, and the hair was, again, liked. tomorrow should be fun. today, i'm going to wash it, and see what happens.

plans for the rest of the evening - get my shit together for class tomorrow (i have 3!), wash dishes, shower, possibly grocery shop, and maybe clean up the living room/studio some more - I want to finish off baldur's gate, but it may just have to wait. pbblt for that.

the current spoiul of choice is a metal purse type thing with betty boop on it. I think it was a valentines deal with candy in it, but it's not valentines exclusive.. anyone? :)

the dishes are washed, clothes are washing.. stuff is ready for school (notebook and pen, what else do i need? coffee. :) ), the hallway is clean (woohoo!).. josh did it, and it looks lovely. we need a dust/cathair sucking device (that only gets those two things). and the studio is being worked on, as is the living room. we've decided not to rearrange it tonight, as there's nowhere for my desk to go, and apparently, we'd need cables and stuff. thank the gods that the boy has more sense than me!
haven't played the game today.. which is why, in 6 hours, we've actually gotten things accomplished (even though i bet wse could have beaten it by now. :) )...
borders was fun - i got a dar williams live cd, the valdemar companion, a book light (useful for nighttime driving and techs), and a really cool picture cube, which holds three pictures. i'm not sure exactly what I am putting in it, yet, but i like it. josh got two magazines and a book, which is also cool. and so, that was it. :) now i have to go and make a birthday list for my grandmother.
