Jul. 22nd, 2002 11:21 amha. now i have the lj update client on my computer again. (josh worked on my computer while I was gone, and hasn't had a chance to put a lot of the programs back on, so we're doing it slowly).
still cleaning/organizing. I think i've decided that I want the bedroom to be green and gold. green, mostly, with gold accents. oh, how i wish we could paint. and that it would be worthwhile to do so, considering we're probably only here for another two years (crossing fingers). My bookshelves are mostly organized, but every time i turn around, there's more stuff to go on them. i guess this is how they got so messy last time. i cleaned off & under my desk.. I don't want to get rid of it, but josh says we don't have room for it. and he's right. i have two desks, i don't need two. but i don't want to get rid of either one - one i've had since i was a kid - literally, my first desk, and it's more useful, really. drawers and shelves included. the other my dad gave me a couple of years ago, and it's taller, with a moveable drawer. i hate to get rid of it, because i like it, and then if we stop doing the table deal, (with our computers) I no longer have a place to put my computer. but we really do need somewhere to put the other chair. hmm..
mission accomplished - i throught, measured, and talked to josh about it, and all is well. the living room will be rearranged. :)
now, off to put that into motion.
