yay. :) finished my hundred pages of wading through for research today, went out and got mediocre food, got my hair all chopped off (and i'm starting to get used to it), printed out pictures for becky's wedding dress, so i can go and look at patterns, and worked on my lesson plans some - i don't *think* i forgot anything, but i really need to print out a calendar (using a program i have to reinstall. :) ) and write it all out - coputers are lovely, but sometimes i just need it spread out in front of me in writing.
got the journey to a hate free millenium video, and watche dmost of it, but fell asleep through parts. well, i ff'ed through the non laramie project relevant parts, and saw how they made the wings, which is neat, and should be quick and easy - but might be expensive, so i'll have to know how many people are in that scene before i know if i can do it or not. and i'm suddenly not hooked on making them all myself anymore. (laugh) 10 sets of wings? naaahh.. not necessary.

yesterday there were no hair pictures, and there was a reason for that. :) she blowdried it, and then flatironed it straight, and honestly, i didn't like it very much. i'm sure a lot of it was the getting used to it phase, too. today was nice - i showered & washed my hair, and toweled it dry - didn't need to wrap a towel around my head or anything! i'm going to see how it dries on its own, and then later (maybe tomorrow, maybe tonight) i'm going to play with styling wax. that's one of the reasons i got it cut this short - i want to be able to play with it. :)

hmm.. accomplishments today? not too much. some laundry, cleaned out the dishwasher. made my hair happy - wax is good. don't like it straight. don't like it when I just let it dry, either - but when I stole normal's hair styling stuff, it works. :) so i went and bought more.

need more barrettes, though. or maybe to find the ones that i currently have.

did find sample comp questions, though, which is nice - i have a little more direction now. yay.
