(no subject)

okay - doctors this morning? had to reschedule. not a problem. apparently, only may is busy as hell for them, and i have an appointment next wednesday. woohoo. provided they don't put my production meetings on weds mornings, i should be fine. :)

got to school early - went and got keys. didn't even get yelled at for it, amazingly enough. got into my office - definately needs decoration, but other than that, we're good. may go through stuff tonight to take up there, after i update my syllabus and figure out how to get to piedmont again. went to the library, and got the books I wanted, plus some. woohoo. met up with Rob, who rocks my world, and is lovely. :) he's moving to the east side, damn him, but he does have a couple of our dvds, so that's cool. i could actually watch shrek! :) went to the meeting - it was horribly long, and then we had an aftermeeting, too. the good thing is that the laramie project meeting is at four-thirty on wednesday, so i don't have to worry about it conflicting with my time at piedmont tomorrow. because i'd like to meet with mary emily and get a parking pass, *and* go to their library, if possible. i want to know what kind of research facilities they have, and what books are there - i may have to put some books on reserve for them. :) which would be kind of cool.
sophia is inviting people over to her place in about an hour and a half, but i wanted to get a move onto things first. i may call when josh gets home and see if he wants to go.

i just got my hedgie food sampler today, and there is a *LOT* of food in there!
