Apr. 22nd, 2002 07:48 amthe muscle relaxers seem to have done their job well - i took one last night before going to sleep, and i woke up feeling much better this morning. of course, i slept on the bottle of sobe green tea, too. which also helped, i think. we'll see how i feel after class today - but i really don't want to take one this morning, because then I won't be worth anything during classes or talking to tina.
I gained three pounds, which isn't surprising, since I've been drinking a decent amount this week, and not watching what I was eating. But techs and such are *done* so I am back to making an effort on the weight watchers thing. I don't have a goal set by end of summer or anything, but i would like to weigh less/be in better shape (which i know requires exercise) and I have definately lost weight - my grandparents noticed the other day. But now I need to re-lose those 3 pounds, and lose more. I think I'm about 7 pounds away from my 10%/3month goal that they set for me. so more water this week, less soda/coffee, and more healthy stuff, which eating at home should really help with!
