hmm.. so in my musings through the web, i discovered that potpourri really isn't an option for xmas/solstice, but that i *could* make my own vanilla extract for people. yum. i'll have to try it and see how it works, first, i suppose. :)

making your extract with bourbon or vodka? you can do it either way. :)

i have recipes for lemon, buffalograss, pepper, coriander, and anise vodkas, among other vodka drinks.

you *are* a food porn director. i think bourbon, but i'm not sure. so, is the extract really better than the stuff you buy at the store? and can i have your recipe, since i *know* it'll be good? :)
