today - work, class, bar. :) and out to dinner, just because. i want nice pizza. i'm currently about to take josh to drop off his car at the honda place, and then he's going to drop me off at the school. so he'll have a car today, which is one of the benefits to having agirlfriend. :)
tomorrow - comps, roughs, comps, roughs, masking class, food, comps, roughs... same essential thing on sunday, with the exception of the mask class, and with a little more urgency - my roughs are due on monday, and i'll admit i haven't worked on them for two days, really. but it is roughs, so what i don't have, i don't have. shrug.

Okay, I keep wondering - what are "comps" and "roughs" anyway? I'm thinking they're some sort of drawings? Designs?

Sorry! :) comps are comprehensive exams. we take them our second year of graduate school, and have to pass them to stay in. i think we can rewrite them, if they don't say what they want them to, however.
roughs are a step in the design process. you have a meeting with the director, and then you bring your rough designs to the next meeting, and then you bring your final designs to the next one. :)
