with the help of my lovely assistant, i made it up. :) i haven't had caffeine or breakfast yet, and my departure time is rapidly approaching, but other than that, i'm ok.
I've decided where i stand on my sleep schedule - blocks of an hour and a half are ok. i might be able to go as low as 45 min, i'm not sure. but i know 3 or 6 is good, and 1 and a half isn't bad, either. maybe i am figuring out my body.
