needlegrrlyou know those little dough ornaments you'd make for your parents when you were young? well, i did that, and then something happened to them, and the sealant broke (I guess they just don't expect them to last 20 years) and last year, she asked me to make her some more. so she's coming to visit me tomorrow, and so tonight, in a way to avoid model building, and because i don't feel good, but because i feel like i should get *something* done, i made them. :) they are baking, currently. hopefully, it all works out - if not, at least i tried.
i also got the snake out, as she was trying to entice me to do it, and soaked her in some water, so I could help her finish shedding. she's been unable to get the old skin off her back for a couple of weeks, and it was just time for me to do it. we used to help her shed all the time when she was young, but she hasn't needed it lately.
so that's been my night, pretty much. i went grocery shopping, and got a couple of bluelines done, so i could work on my model. other than that, i have a really sore throat. ick. but i think it's sinus related, so maybe i should take some allergy pills? who knows.
