woohoo! my model is essentially done. now all that is left is for me to finish the drafting, print out/photocopy research, and write my concept statement/approach out for my teacher. and i didn't think i could get it done. :) and i had a nice chat with my mom. i marked off nine-thirty as when i needed to be done with my model, so i could head up to the school and draft some, and take my drafting to get bluelined tomorrow morning. i didn't figure i would be able to turn in the blueline or research type stuff, essentially anything but the model before monday.i'm so proud of myself, getting it done and all, even with my lack of focus. :) and the sickness. and it looks ok, really, i think.

dinner with josh's mom was ok. we went to the grit. she seems worried that we're both still sick, and she seems tired. she's going to try and drive back home after the show, though - good for her, i think. yay for me in that i'll have my bed tonight. :) even though i do need to turn the sheet into the dryer, so we'll have them - i was trying to give her clean flannel sheets, and if she winds up staying, then it'll still be nice for her. and hopefully, i can drag my model up to the school tonight, as well. yay go me.
