we went to magazine street this morning, and it was fun. one of the shops that i wanted to go to, ragin' daisy, decided not to open until almost one,a nd by then, it was too lat e- i had to get back over to the conference, because i had to work at two. wish we'd made it to the scriptorium store, though - josh is going to go, and maybe get me something. :) had a yummy lunch, and josh is goin g to pick up some postcards, too, and a mousie mardi gras print, over in the french quarter - or so we think. :) he also wantrs to get over to the garden district and such. we'll manage - maybe we'll get up early and cruis the garden district tomorrow, before we leave. that sounds pretty reasonable. no one has talked to me about taking their portfolios or displays back to athens, so i'm not sure if that's going to happen or not.
i get to go and help ben nye breakdown, and then help with the general breakdown, in the superdome. my last three hours, yay! :)
all in all, i'm fairly disappointed in the conference activities. but new orleans was fun. :)
