home again home again..
Jul. 9th, 2001 11:45 pmso i am back in nc. for a little while - until saturday, when i trek back down to athens, to go out and to see my boy. sunday is our six year mark.
talked to a friend tonight. was very much fun. :)
decided not to go out - having not eaten much and driven lots, i feel that it is a bad idea. i am up for weds or thurs, in the hopes of seeing everyone. i'll make it out eventually, and if not, maybe they'll make it over here, when i have my party. :)
have lots and lots to do tomorrow - am thinking about just giving up and going to bed. also need to work on gre stuff, though, so i may do that instead.
the lady from UGA emailed me today (once i had left, of course!) and tols me just to drop my portfolio by the office, so it could be circulated among the design professors. ack. okay. i can handle this. :) even if I am afraid of some of my stuff disappearing, or being mistreated. surely not!
i got back my slides (all of them, athens and nc) and my black and white photos today. some of the ones of josh and shawn came out well, and the one of miss jen particularly well. i may scan some of them in, once i am back with my josh again, and his scanner.
theoretically, they are coming in tomorrow to spray for pests and such, so I should probably clean up enough that they can actually do so. i'm cranky, though, because they didn't give me too terribly much notice about it. 'sok - i'll lock the kitties in the bedroom when they come, and that way, they can't spray in there. :)
