Apr. 28th, 2002 10:15 pmmm.. i'm happier and more content right now than I have been in a while. we went out to an art show, and then to beautiful mind at the dollar movies, and then josh surprised me by taking me to outback and buying me dinner. yum. it's a lovely place to go when you're only eating two meals in a day. :) now we're back home, and i've gotten my assignment for the packages swap, which I am very happy about - I'm already planning things to go in the package. :) hee.
talked to my dad and grandmothe r- they forgot to give my dad the microwave, so I'm stopping by there on my way into atlanta saturday (which is really on my way up to saint louis!). it works out, because i kind of wanted to see them again before i left, anyway. everyone has been dying, lately, and it's making me kind of nervous. I would hate to know that i passed up an opportunity to see them, anyway.
it's been a really lovely day, and very satisfying - especially with me leaving next week. i feel like i've gotten to spend some quality time with josh, and that's a change. :) and the nights not even over yet!
off to check the laundry and such.
