miss lilith has inspired me, and I started dinner (defrosting chicken so it can marinate) and I'm making tea. Miss jen is running late, so she should be here in about 45 minutes or so, i think. Josh is bringing home ginger root, as walmart was out. I'm still not sure how I feel about grocery shopping at walmart, but I will admit, it's been pretty cheap the past two weeks. I haven't had a huge buying spree, either, but it's been at or under $40, which is amazing for me, especially for two people. Granted, I'm buying chicken at sam's, but we always do that.

(yawn) I should do homework. maybe if I scrunch up my nose, it'll already be done? :)

I have the tea steeping as we speak. Though to my dismay I forgot the peas & carrots. So I guess it's a 'chicken, stuffing, mashed potato, gravy, cranberry sauce' kinda dinner... with no green veggie. Oh well. *shrug*

I know it's creepy buying groceries at WalMart but it IS cheaper. You'd think with them around some of the other stores would come down on their prices a bit and be more competitive.
