so the neck/shoulder pain has gotten worse. as in, so worse, I was crying. it's a little better now. I am going to go to the health center tomorrow, and get some muscle relaxers, and then *take* them. I can feel pain running down my arm from my shoulder. echoing in my shoulder form my arm? i don't know. it just hurts. i think i know what it's from, or a combination of things. josh is hunting food - i didn't cook, i napped instead.

still going to the jennifer nettles concert, dammit.

If the pain is a very sharp pain that hurts most when you move your head or shoulder a certain way, them it is possible that you've got a pinched nerve in your neck. These are quite painful and have to be worked out.
Hope it works itself (whetever it lands up being) out soon.

thanks, girlie. sometimes it's sharpish, but it mostly just hurts. my neck has gotten to the point where I can't turn it, before, and i think that is where it's heading - which is why I'm heading for the muscle relaxers - because that's what they gave me last time.
