needlegrrlMy boss decided a Friday a month off would be a nice perk. I completely agree! So here I am, with my first Friday off. I hope to use today to knock a bunch of stuff off my to do list that has been there forever, run some errands, and work on dragoncon costuming, but we'll see how far I get!

Date: 2009-08-14 01:24 pm (UTC)of course, i'm kind of sort of working from home, but that's because i'm ... what's the word? insane? :P we're doing a huge rearranging of people and stuff, and i'm right in the middle of it, so *of course* this is the best possible time to take off!
and i managed to get my periodontist apptmt rescheduled for today at two, which some people say i'm crazy for, but i think is awesome. yay for calling and asking to be slipped in if someone cancels!
he also paid for some classes for me, that i'll take over the next year. he's really into the perks that are not raises right now - whatever business book he's into, i hope he stays into it!
