Date: 2004-12-14 01:57 pm (UTC)1 cup of Splenda
1 cup of peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1 egg
Mix, drop in heaped teaspoons, well-spaced, on cookie sheet, bake at 350F until edges feel slightly firm. cool on sheet 10 minutes before removing.
you can also add 1/4 cup of cocoa to this for chocopeanutbutter cookies.

Date: 2004-12-15 03:39 am (UTC)How about fancy cheese, fancy olives, or nuts? Macadamias are lowest in carbs, pricier than other nuts, and delicious. I also adore cashews and pecans. An assortment of the above goodies would certainly please me. There are also the options of gourmet teas and coffees, if they are into that.
