needlegrrlso joah and i are looking at possible systems to replac emine - luckily, it was just the motherboard and cpu, and my hard drives and everything are fine (as a matter of fact, he put them in his other computer, and now it's like I have my computer back again) and we've discovered it's a pain in the but, and more expensive than he thought.. we're still working on it, though.
Still waiting for official acceptance at UGA - which i need before i can get a parking pass or loans. the lady is simply too busy to do it right now. I was seriously irked.
we took the kitty to the vet, and got her all her shots and such - wound up being almost a hundred dollars, but that's ok. and we looked at the snake cage he has, and his light set up, so that we could duplicate one for labyrinth.
came home and went to lowe's to get the shelves, it wound up being around a hundred dollars, too, but now we have 8feet wide and 5 feet high shelves in our living room. as soon as i figure out where the rest of my books are, i will set them up. :) so far, i have misty books up there, and they take up almost a whole shelf. I have found that I have a good number of copies of the same books laying around, so I was thinking of taking some of them to the used book store.. but they don't like scifibookclub books, for some reason - i know I wouldn't care when buying, personally.
and I've cooked dinner for the past two nights. :) it was fun.
I'm hoping to go downtown today, and get marvin to fix my boots for me, and maybe return the negative to wolf that they gave me wrongly.. other than that, i have no plans. i really hope that uga admissions admits me today - i'd like to be able to have a parking pass for next week, so that I may park when I go up to all my meetings and such.
